How do I get a copy of the browser log when the BookTrakr Button fails

To assist us in troubleshooting your problem with the BookTrakr Button, we may ask you to send us a copy of the browser log. Here's how to get it:

Safari

1. Display the Web Inspector by pressing Command-Option-C.
2. If the Console tab is not selected, click on it.
3. Copy and paste all of the text in the console into your email to us.
4. Click the red button at the top left of the Web Inspector to close it.

Chrome and Firefox

1. Display Dev Tools by pressing Command-Option-C.
2. If the Console tab is not selected, click on it.
3. Copy and paste all of the text in the console into your email to us.
4. Click the red button at the top left of the Web Inspector to close it.
