BookTrakr used to automatically access the KDP Dashboard to get sales reports. But Amazon changed their security so that no IP address could access more than 5 different KDP accounts. This effectively blocked us from getting sales information from them.
After much research and trying several different approaches, we created a portal in BookTrakr where users could upload their daily and monthly KDP sales reports for inclusion in BookTrakr. But we didn't stop there; we created a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that automatically retrieves the appropriate KDP reports and forwards them to our servers.
