How can I see my customer satisfaction ratings?

The Reviews screen also incorporates you customer satisfaction ratings.  Those that are associated with reviews are shown with the reviews; those that are not associated reviews are shown by themselves.  The average of all ratings listed shows at the top of the screen.  Filtering applies to the ratings as well as the reviews, and the average rating is adjusted based upon filtering.
